Gail Capshaw:
My field of expertise is office management and customer service. I answer the phone and will schedule a day and time for your inspection that works into your busy schedule. I also co-ordinate other services with the home inspection including termite inspections, environmental reports, mold and radon inspections, and allergy and asthma screening.
I have been in the management fields for many years, and understand the importance of customer service and communication. You can depend on me to answer any questions you may have concerning what is done during the inspection, what it includes, how long it takes, how much it costs, and to make sure that both real estate agents and the home owner are notified of when the inspection will be.
I will make sure the report is e-mailed to you if you are out of town Also, for your convenience we accept Visa and Master Card.
